This is a great opportunity to learn how to cook traditional food in a Northern Style Thai home. You begin your course by enjoying a visit to a local Thai market where you are shown how to select fresh ingredients for your course.
Skilled Thai cooks demonstrate the secrets of real Thai cooking for you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Returning home you will surprise family and friends when you can prepare authentic Thai dishes.
On completing the cooking you will enjoy the efforts of your labor by eating the food in the company of the other guests. You will receive a Thai Recipe Book on completion of the course.
